Son Garrot with swimming pool and Wifi near Santany

This lovely stone clad cottage was built in traditional Majorcan style. Set in 5.000 sqm of land, off the road Santanyí to Alquería Blanca and without direct neighbours, it offers both privacy and good connection with Santanyí and the nearby villages and beaches.

The main entrance is on the veranda and opens to the comfy living-dining room with American style kitchen, fully fitted with dishwasher, hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The two double bedrooms and the bathroom with shower are on the house’s rear side. The bedrooms dispose of two single beds each and the living area is furnished and equipped with a sofa and two chairs, satellite TV, stereo, DVD player and Wifi. Allbedroom windows have mosquito nets so you can sleep undisturbed even with the windows open.

The veranda stretches across the total house width. The BBQ is conveniently located right on the terrace , furnished with a dining table and 6 chairs to enjoy your meals alfresco. Right next to the veranda is the swimming pool with large sun terraces, sun loungers and poolside shower.

Son Garrot offers nice views to the rural surroundings. The nearby town of Santanyí has two big supermarkets and hosts a well-attended weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. But Santanyí also has a lot to offer, numerous boutiques, restaurants, bars with live music, exhibitions and much more. Also worth a visit is the seaside village of Cala Figuera with its picturesque harbor or the convent of Santuari de Sant Salvador at Felanitx, perched on a 509 m high mountain with a fantastic panoramic view over the island. The Parc Natural Mondragó is very close and also the two beaches Cala Mondragó and S’Amarador.

The prices are for up to 4 people. An additional guest costs 30 € extra per day.

Upon arrival, a tourist tax has to be paid in cash.
